Accessibility Statement

Pre-launch draft · Updated September 15, 2026

Our Commitment

Nabo aims to make its website, account tools, and marketplace information usable by people with a range of abilities, devices, and assistive technologies.

Digital Accessibility

We work toward clear headings, keyboard operation, visible focus, meaningful labels, sufficient contrast, responsive layouts, descriptive alternatives for informative images, and understandable validation messages.

Class Accessibility

Independent teachers and venues are responsible for accurately describing known access conditions and available accommodations. Families and groups should contact the teacher before booking when an accommodation requires confirmation.

Feedback and Assistance

If a page, control, document, or class description is difficult to use, submit an accessibility report through the Support page. Include the page and task you were trying to complete.

Ongoing Work

Accessibility is an ongoing process. Nabo will continue testing key flows and prioritizing barriers that prevent account access, booking, payment, messaging, safety reporting, or profile management.
