Choosing a Teacher and Class
Teachers are independent providers, and Fieldquests does not supervise their classes onsite. Review the teacher profile, age range, activities, materials, location type, accessibility, hazards, supervision plan, price, cancellation terms, and transportation expectations. Ask the teacher questions and decide whether the teacher, venue, and activity are appropriate for each learner.
Accurate Learner Information
Keep birthdate, grade, allergy, medical, accessibility, emergency, and pickup information accurate and limited to what is relevant. Contact the teacher through adult messaging when a safe accommodation needs confirmation. Fieldquests is not a medical provider, and providing information does not guarantee that every need can be accommodated.
Arrival, Pickup, Supervision, and Transportation
Follow the published arrival and release plan, arrive on time, identify authorized pickup adults, and do not assume a class permits drop-off or transportation unless that arrangement is clearly disclosed and separately accepted. The responsible adult remains responsible for the learner before release to the teacher and after pickup.
Activity Risks
Review disclosed tools, food, animals, physical demands, outdoor conditions, transportation, and other material risks before booking. Explain relevant rules to the learner and provide required clothing or equipment. In-person activities can involve risks that cannot be eliminated completely; nothing in this policy waives a right or duty that cannot legally be waived.
Photos and Recordings
Photography or recording permission should be requested separately from general platform terms. A guardian may decline optional promotional use without losing access to a class unless recording is essential to the disclosed activity.
Concerns
Fieldquests does not continuously monitor classes and is not an emergency service. Contact emergency authorities first for immediate danger or suspected abuse. Use the Support page for non-emergency safety, privacy, conduct, payment, or class concerns.
