Nabo legal
Copyright and Takedown Policy
Pre-launch draft · Updated September 15, 2026
Respect Ownership
Upload only class photos, profile photos, descriptions, handouts, links, and other content that you created or have permission to use. Do not copy another person’s course materials, branding, photographs, or protected work without authorization.
Reporting Infringement
Use the Support page and select a general or privacy-related report. Provide your contact information, the protected work, the Nabo location of the disputed material, a good-faith explanation, and a statement that your information is accurate and you are authorized to act.
Nabo’s Response
Nabo may temporarily remove or restrict material while reviewing a sufficiently detailed report, notify the affected user, request supporting information, restore material when appropriate, and restrict repeat infringers.
Counter-Notices
A user who believes material was removed by mistake may contact Support with identification of the material and a clear explanation of their rights to use it. Formal statutory notice and counter-notice requirements must be finalized with legal counsel and an appointed agent before launch.
Other Rights
This process also may be used to report trademark, impersonation, privacy, or publicity-right concerns, but different legal requirements can apply.
