Copyright and Takedown Policy

Respect Ownership
Upload only class photos, profile photos, descriptions, handouts, links, and other content that you created or have permission to use. Do not copy another person’s course materials, branding, photographs, or protected work without authorization.
Reporting Infringement
Use the Support page, choose “Something else,” and begin the subject with “Copyright report.” Include the information required by the copyright-notice section of the Terms and Conditions, including enough detail for Fieldquests to identify the protected work and locate the disputed material.
Fieldquests’ Response
Fieldquests may temporarily remove or restrict material while reviewing a sufficiently detailed report, notify the affected user, request supporting information, restore material when appropriate, and restrict repeat infringers.
Counter-Notices
A user who believes material was removed through mistake or misidentification may submit a counter-notice through Support, choose “Something else,” and begin the subject with “Copyright counter-notice.” The notice must include the information and statements required by the copyright counter-notice section of the Terms and Conditions. Fieldquests will provide the notice, restoration timing, and repeat-infringer process described there.
Other Rights
This process also may be used to report trademark, impersonation, privacy, or publicity-right concerns, but different legal requirements can apply.
