Nabo child safety
Child Safety and Incident Reporting
Pre-launch draft · Updated September 15, 2026
Adult Responsibility
Nabo accounts and messages are for adults. Parents, guardians, group leaders, teachers, assistants, and venue adults share responsibility for age-appropriate supervision, boundaries, privacy, and safe arrival and release.
Immediate Danger
Call 911 or the appropriate emergency service first. Nabo Support is not an emergency service and must not delay medical care or a report to law enforcement or child-protection authorities.
Suspected Abuse or Neglect
Contact the appropriate local authority when required. Adults must follow any mandated-reporting duties that apply to their profession, location, or circumstances. Notify Nabo afterward so relevant accounts, classes, and records can be protected.
Other Safety Incidents
Use the Support page for unsafe conduct, injuries, boundary concerns, privacy issues, inappropriate messages, pickup problems, or material listing inaccuracies. Include factual dates, class references, and relevant messages without unnecessary sensitive information.
How Nabo May Respond
Nabo may preserve records, limit communication, pause a listing or class, restrict an account, contact participants, request information, issue an operational refund, or cooperate with appropriate authorities. Nabo will limit disclosure to people who reasonably need the information.
No Retaliation
Retaliation against a person who raises a good-faith safety concern is prohibited.
